New strength and conditioning class at TOMMA!
Get in serious summer shape with Team Oyama's Strength and Conditioning class with the reputable Tyrone Bennett. Classes are being held Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:30am and 5:30pm. The cost is $10 for members and a separate fee for non-members.

Wendinger goes 3-0!
Congratulations to Rob "Big Country" Wendinger on his victory this past weekend at Hollywood Park Casino. This was Wendinger's third pro/am fight.
