As we all know, Fabio "Negao" Nascimento (Lotus Club Black Belt) made his big return to America and Team Oyama last week. To make things even better is that he will now be teaching Gi BJJ classes at noon on Tuesdays and Thursdays!
So all you lunch break warriors that like to get your work out on your lunch hour, come on in!
